Reclaimed & Resilient - From the Pit to the Pasture

Key Scripture: “He brought me up alsno out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.” – Psalm 40:2

The Core Concept:

Every man has a past, but in Christ, every man has a purpose. This gathering is designed to meet men exactly where they are—whether they feel stuck in a pit of regret, struggle, or complacency—and equip them to step into the pasture as resilient leaders, protectors, and builders of the community.

Session 1: The Personal Breakthrough: Building Integrity

Speaker: Pastor Chad Getz

Focus: Reclaimed by Grace

Pastor Chad sets the tone for the entire gathering by breaking down down-to-earth walls with raw authenticity. His message focuses on the reality of the "pit"—whether that is a physical prison cell, a prison of addiction, or the mental prison of past mistakes.  He then relates why men of God live in integrity and how that looks like.

The Message:  No man is too far gone, and no pit is too deep for God’s grace to reach. True resilience starts the moment a man stops hiding his brokenness and allows God to reclaim him and use him for His kingdom.

The Challenge: To leave old labels behind. Pastor Chad challenges the men to face their own internal battles, accept absolute forgiveness, and realize that their messy history can become the ultimate weapon and future for God's kingdom.

Key Truth: You cannot lead others into a pasture you haven't been rescued into yourself.

Session 2: The Practical Blueprint:  Building Ministry

Speaker: Pastor John Endriss

Focus: Resilient Leadership in the Pasture

Pastor John steps up to transition the men from inspiration to execution. Drawing from deep experience in associational ministry, this session provides the practical, strategic steps a reclaimed man must take to actively shepherd his home, his church, and his community.  They are not magical, but basic foundations of what man ought to be with other men.

The Message: Being rescued is just the beginning; now it's time to build. A resilient man doesn't just stand strong for himself—he builds a perimeter of safety and growth for the people around him - such as the men that God calls to build.

Key Truth: A man's true strength is measured by the security and spiritual health of those who follow him.

Action Plan for the Program Flow
